Bizen potteries are called the “art of clay and fire” and known for its durability and practicality nearly 1000 years.

It is made without glaze, the colors and the patterns created by the fire are unique to individual piece.

There are no two pieces look the same.

Your piece is the only one in the world.

The touch is rough in the beginning although as you use and cherish it, it will become smoother and shinier. Please love and nurture it.

That is not a defect but a character.

This is designed as a soup cup. Cold soup for the summer and warm soup for the winter. Enjoy it throughout the yeah.
